The implementation of program of celebrating 30th anniversary of southern liberation and country unification in province

To execute the resolution No 35/NQ – TW of Politburo and circular No/TT – TU of provincial permanent Party Committee on holding festival on great legal holidays in 2004 and 2005, organization board has instructed that all activies on holidays in every locality should be carried out in a practical, solemn and thrifty way and to promote an emulation movements of all fields among local pupolace in the province. These festivals should represent the achievements and developments of each locality over 30 years. According to the instructions, every locality, basing on its own situation and features, can hold activities such as emulation in country love, visiting martyrs' cemetery, meetings, marchs, culture and sport competitions, and inauguration of important works. As for Bien Hoa City and Long Khanh Township will have firework displays in place determined by military headquarters. Department of Culture and Information co-operates with the People’s Committee of districts, township and city to mobilize local pupolace to decorate public places and streets; repairing and managing statues, historical monuments, posters and hoardings in city centre all day and night.
