A mini football playing field in side Dong Nai stadium launched.

 The playing field covered with synthesized grass is the first one of the type in South East Asia to meet the international standard. Vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Huynh Van Toi attended the inauguration.

The mini playing field sponsored by Nike Group and its ten partners is 42 meters long and 22 meters wide with an investment of 100,000 USD equal to 1.6 billion VND. Recycled shoes collected in Nike’s campaign were used in the construction of the playing field. This is part of Nike strategy for sustainable business development aiming to show their responsibility to the society and minimize the possible impact caused to the environment. This community program which has previously conducted by Nike in the United States and China will facilitate young people in taking part in sport activities. Following the inauguration, priority to use the playing field will be given to workers and young players in Dong Nai.
