In the first semifinal match, Trang Dai had a three nil win over Xuan Loc. In the second one, Dong Nai post office won over Dong Nai Rubber Company with penalty shot.
The final match will be taken place at the stadium of Dong Nai Rubber Company on June 2nd. Trang Dai will play against Dong Nai post office for the championship. And Dong Nai Rubber Company and Xuan Loc will fight for 3rd place.
