Mr Yann Lepottier handed the present to the provincial leadership

Mr Yann Lepottier said Grimaud is the second biggest poultry-keeping group in the world. Its projects have existed in most of Europe, America and so on. Especially, the project of Grandparents breeding farm in China has come into operation and achieved high efficiency over 10 years. Grimaud group continues to extend its operations into Vietnam. Dong Nai is a good place for investment because it borders on Ho Chi Minh city and has had a strong growth in the number of livestock and poultry. He said that the project not only produced high disease-resistance breeds of poultry but applied high technologies to the animal breeding industry, especially to on-land animal keeping to avoid making water environment polluted…

Vice – chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, Tran Van Vinh has acknowledged that it is an essential project to Vietnam in general and Dong Nai in particular, where there is a severe lack of high-quality and high disease-resistance breeds. So, he has pledged that Grimaud group will be actively supported so that it can bring the project into operation as soon as possible. Especially, the local authorities will be ready to help Grimaud with publicity after its products are launched.

It is known that the project has a 2.5 hectare area and it has been carried out in Song Trau commune of Trang Bom district since July, 2008.
