Efforts to stabilize production and to keep jobs for workers

​Pousung Vietnam Co., Ltd coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union to organize the Employee Delegate Conference in 2023. More than 220 delegates representing over 22,000 employees attended. This is an enterprise with a large number of employees in the area of Trang Bom District.

Enterprise leaders reward workers with many achievements in production.

At the Conference, many recommendations of employees such as: workers advance salary on the 25th of every month; increase food rations, arrange separate passages for pregnant female workers; increase the cost of living allowance…

The recommendations were listened to and answered by representatives of business leaders in time, detailed and specifically. In the spirit of openness, business leaders promised to improve the issues of workers so that employees can have a better working environment.

Mr. Ta Chi Minh, Director of the Company's Administrative Center said that: in 2022, although the production and business of the enterprise faced many difficulties due to reduced orders, the company had ensured jobs and other benefits, full policies in accordance with labor laws. Particularly, the bonus for Tet in 2022 increased by 30% compared to 2021.

Mr. Ta Chi Minh emphasized that: The enterprise was still facing difficulties in orders and wanted employees to continue to share difficulties to overcome. Enterprise was trying to find solutions to stabilize production and keep jobs for workers.

On that occasion, many collectives and individuals were rewarded by the company for many achievements in production in 2022.
