Coordinate to complete the site clearance for Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc asked the People's Committee of Long Thanh District to coordinate with the Southern Expressway Project Management Board (SEPMU), the investor of the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway project to soon complete the site clearance for the project implementation.

Currently, for the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project, the section through the province, there are 6 households in the construction area of ​​the intersection crossing National Highway No. 51 that have not yet completed the work of land acquisition and site clearance. Due to the long implementation time, the Provincial People's Committee asked the People's Committee of Long Thanh District to coordinate with the investor to review the records of these households to soon complete the site clearance.

Previously, the leader of the Ministry of Transport also asked the Provincial People's Committee to direct the relevant agencies to coordinate with the investor to soon complete the site clearance for the remaining area that is obstructed with the route running through the province.

The Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project has a total length of nearly 58 km, of which the section through Dong Nai Province (2 districts of Nhon Trach and Long Thanh) is more than 27 km long in packages from A5 to A7. To implement the project, Dong Nai has to recover an area of ​​​​about 197 hectares, owned by more than 1,220 households. Currently, the Prime Minister has agreed to extend the completion schedule for the Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway Project to December 31, 2023.
