Dong Nai sets the target of cutting by 10% on the unnecessary administrative procedures

Continuing to implement the goal of improving the efficiency of solving problems for individuals, organizations and businesses, following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Home Affairs has issued a plan to review and simplify the administrative procedures in 2022.

In order to simplify the procedures, drastically cut out the ones that cause difficulties, the Department of Home Affairs is coordinating with other departments and localities to review regulations and administrative procedures that still cause difficulties and obstacles in the process of solving work for individuals, organizations and businesses. The reviewed procedures include administrative procedures, administrative regulations, composition of documents, application forms, declaration forms, forms or requests, conditions for compliance with administrative procedures, etc. After reviewing, The Department of Home Affairs will advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and recommend amendments, supplements, replacements and cancellations of unnecessary procedures.

 

In addition, the Department of Home Affairs also suggested departments, branches and localities to step up the standardization of the names and contents of administrative procedures according to the set of administrative procedures already prescribed. The standardization review ensures the legality, simplicity, understanding, and implementation, creating favorable conditions for individuals, organizations and businesses when solving problems, and at the same time improving the quality of administrative procedures settlement.

 

Regarding the deadline to submit the plan to simplify regulations on administrative procedures, it will be conducted in two phases, of which the first phase is done before June 30, and the second phase before September 30. The Department of Home Affairs has set a goal that after completing the review, it will reduce unnecessary administrative procedures by 10%.
