Dong Nai's GRDP is expected to increase 8.52%

In the first 9 months of 2022, Dong Nai's GRDP increased 8.62% over the same period in 2021 and is expected to increase by 8.52% for the whole year. Industrial production of the province recovered quickly, the industrial production development index in the first 9 months increased by more than 7.8% over the same period last year. At the same time, the production of agriculture, forestry and fishery is stable, the total number of pigs (excluding piglets that have not been separated from mothers) is about 2.56 million heads, an increase of more than 5% over the same period; the total chicken flock reached over 26.1 million, an increase of over 6.4%. Total retail sales of goods and services increased by nearly 22.7%; visitors to visit and stay in the province nearly 1.8 million turns, up 61%; transportation revenue increased by more than 39%.

The province's export turnover in 9 months of 2022 reached USD 19.3 billion, up nearly 20.2% over the same period in 2021 and the trade balance tilted towards the province with a trade surplus of nearly USD 4.3 billion. Total state budget revenue reached nearly VND 48.1 trillion, achieved 87% compared to the annual estimate.
