"Olympia for secondary students" is a new knowledge playground for students 11 to 14, held by Department of high school Education (Ministry of Education) and LG Electronics Vietnam.
The program is implemented under the form of game show. Accordingly, in each of the game show, there are three teams participating in the contest and they have to answer questions related to the knowledge in secondary school programs and social knowledge that is suitable at their age. The three best teams from 3 regions of the country will contest the national final competition after passing the qualifying rounds.
As a trial this year, "Olympia for secondary students" will be held with the participation of representatives from 18 provinces and cities in all three regions including students in Dong Nai province.
The special feature of this program is that it will be held at the campus of one of the units registering to participate the program. The first "Olympia for secondary students" starts in Oct 2012 and ends in Apr 2013, before the end of the 2012-2013 school year.
