In the morning of January 28, the third day of Tet, Bien Hoa city’s People Committee held a solemn ceremony to commemorate and honor predecessors and devoted teachers at Tran Bien Temple of Literature. Attending the ceremony was Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot, Vice Chairman of the provincial Peoples Council Huynh Chi Thang, Vice Chairpersons of the provincial Peoples Committee Dinh Quoc Thai, Huynh Thi Nga, Ao Van Thinh and representatives from departments, agencies, and a great number of teachers, students and people of all walks of life from Bien Hoa city and neighboring areas.

The ceremony is held annually to preserve and develop the tradition of “remembering the source when drinking water”. At the ceremony, the participants offered flowers and burnt incense to worship cultural well-known men and honor beloved teachers.
