According to the Provincial People's Committee, Nhon Trach District has planned to deploy 74 residential and urban projects with an area of 3,366ha.
All of the above real estate projects have had investors and were granted investment certificates many years ago. Localities are implementing many projects in residential areas and urban areas in the communes of Phu Hoi, Long Tan, Phuoc Thien and Phuoc An in which, there are a number of projects with a large land area, namely the Residential Area in Long Tan and Phu Thanh communes with an area of 843 hectares, invested by Nhon Trach Investment Joint Stock Company; Eco-tourism area and new urban area on Ong Con island in Dai Phuoc Commune is about 464ha, Long Tan tourist urban area in Long Tan and Phu Thanh communes covers an area of 330ha built by Investment and Development Joint Stock Corporation perform; Residential area in Phu Huu commune, Phu Dong is about 214ha and the investor is Sen Viet Industry and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company.
Most of the above projects are in the construction phase or completing procedures for investment.
