On Mar 5th, Taiwanese Trade Association in Dong Nai held a meeting with Taiwanese enterprises which are investing in Dong Nai. Currently, Taiwan is ranking 2nd in investing in Dong Nai with a total capital of nearly 5.5 billion USD.

Taiwanese businesses invested effectively in the majority of production and business in the province, and after a period of production expansion, there were some enterprises that expanded their invested 2-3 times more than their initial capital.
Presented at the meeting, Deputy Chairman of Provincial People's Committee – Ms. Nguyen Hoa Hiep evaluated Taiwan as one of the earliest foreign partners to invest in the province and many businesses from which are very successful. Taiwanese enterprises have contributed a lot to the provincial socio-economic development. The provincial government has been cooperating with enterprises for many years, promptly removing difficulties for enterprises to stabilize production. In the near future, the province will continue to support Taiwanese businesses as well as foreign enterprises to operate more effectively.
