The portrait has successfully restored for a month. Mr. Nguyen Van Muoi, son of Mr. Nguyen Duong (whose portrait is restored), said: “My Dad lost his life 20 years ago. The portrait restored by artist Vo Ten Thanh is relatively identical to my Dad when he was alive. "

Beforehand, artist Vo Tan Thanh has been famous for his works such as pictures in bottle and president Ho Chi Minh’s portrait engraved on mirror. His burning desire is not such limited but this “brilliant palm” has proposed to paint portrait from descriptive accounts. Thanks to this innovative idea, he has sketched hundreds of martyrs’ portraits via their relations’ accounts.
