Japanese ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary welcomed in Dongnai

The Vice Chairperson of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot presented keepsakes to the ambassador at their meeting.

Although this is the first visit to Dongnai of ambassador Mitsuo Sakaba, he highly appreciated the province’s socio-economic achievements in past times, especially establishment of favorable investment atmosphere and infrastructure which attracted foreign enterprises to invest in localities and among those enterprises are from Japan.

At the meeting, the provincial Chairperson of People’s Committee welcomed the ambassador’s visit to Dongnai. The provincial Chairperson of People’s Committee introduced the ambassador to the province’s achievements during 20-year implementation of Investment Law.  He hopes that the ambassador will be a bridge to Japanese investment in Dongnai for better results, which can promote better relationship between Vietnam and Japan. He also brought out development targets of Dongnai in the coming time with focus on settlement issues of environment and human resources training.
