Vocational training for workers to provide Japanese firms with labor force

​On June the 2nd , Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Phan Thi My Thanh had a working session with Forval Corporation (Japan) on the issue of vocational training courses for workers to prepare for the labor supply for small and medium Japanese enterprises located at earmarked industrial parks (IP) in the field of  supporting industry.
 


​Accordingly, under the cooperation between Tin Nghia  Corporation and Forval Group, a vocational school will be established in Nhon Trach district with the teaching participation of the faculties from Japan. The Dong Nai will be responsible for facilities, student recruitment ... particularly the market research for the selection of specialized training majors, training programs and employment for students after graduation will be undertaken by the Forval.

 The provincial leaders are working with Forval Group
 Vice Chairman Phan Thi My Thanh said that the province approved of funding support for installing machinery and equipment as well as some other conditions, such as living expenses for Japanese teachers, training venues ... However, Tin Nghia and the Forval  should study carefully the needs of appropriate specialized training, as well as job placement for students after graduation. At first, part of the demand of skilled labor for earmarked IPs mentioned above must be met.
