In Bienhoa city Department of Industry and Trade in collaboration with companies has or ganized 4 Fairs: “Promotion Fair 2008”, “Vietnam High Quality Goods Fair 2008”, “the 3rd Entrepreneurs’ Meeting Place Exhibition Fair” and is in the process of celebrating “310 years Bien Hoa – Dong Nai Festival”, which has supported  55 businesses to take part in 7 fairs in Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Tan An, Long An, Binh Thuan and Ha Tinh. Training mission for the development of professional skill and knowledge for businesses has also been carefully considered. Department of  Industry and Trade opened 7 training classes: “Petroleum Business Consultant” with 212 trainees, “Gasoline Business Consultant” with 52 trainees, “Equipment of Market Management  Knowledge” course for 116 staff members of  the Management Boards of the markets and market business companies in the area of the province; “Skill of Negotiation and Foreign Trade Contract Establishment” course, 3 electronics commerce classes for nearly 100 trainees who are businesspeople and economics management staff members of departments and sectors in the province.

In order to help the businesses in the province improve business knowledge and actively integrate into the world, the Department has held 3 workshops: “Introduction to Hungary Market, necessary information”, “Marketing in the Inflation Stage” and “Introducing Businesses to  E-commerce entrance”. The Communist Youth Organizations of the businesses in Dong Nai surveyed Coffee Exchange Floor in Dak Lak, Farming products Exchange Center in western provinces and wholesale markets in Ho Chi Minh City to prepare for the research of construction and development of Farming products Exchange Floor in Dong Nai. Nowadays, Department of  Industry and Trade has basically finished foreign trade promotion programs in 2008 which Dong Nai People’s Committee approved and carried out for Dong Nai Business Group to join International Furniture and Handicraft Fair 2008 in Germany, market survey program to seek for business opportunities in Chicago city, Illinois state and Las Vegas city, Nevada state in the US. It has publicly spread trade promotion programs 2008 on its sector's webite and through mass media to help the organizations and individuals who are in need of joining the programs.
