According to the Department of Planning and Investment, from the beginning of the year to the end of October 2021, the total registered capital for new business establishment and additional capital increase was more than VND75 trillion, an increase of more than 22% compared to the same period in 2020 (the same period in 2020 reached nearly VND60.9 thousand billion). In which, there were 2,304 newly registered enterprises with a total registered capital of nearly VND47,000 billion and 629 enterprises registered to increase capital with an additional capital of nearly VND28,000 billion.
Regarding the situation of enterprise dissolution and business suspension, in October 2021, there were nearly 20 enterprises dissolved or temporarily suspended from business. Since the beginning of the year, there have been 246 enterprises dissolved, equaling nearly 80% compared to the same period in 2020 and 685 enterprises temporarily suspending business, an increase of more than 8%.
So far, the province has nearly 43.8 thousand businesses registered on the National Business Registration Information System with a total registered capital of about VND388.3 trillion.
