Many land plots in Long Khanh City will be auctioned

There are 10 “public land” in Long Khanh City completed the procedure to auction.

Public land auction is one of the solutions to increase budget capital to invest in important technical infrastructure works in the province, thereby promoting socio-economic development. Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to allocate 10 land plots in Xuan Binh Ward (Long Khanh City) to the Land Fund Development Center of Long Khanh City to manage, build a plan and organize an auction of the land use right. The land plots put up for auction have an area of ​​100-190 square meter per a plot. After receiving the handover, Long Khanh City Land Fund Development Center will quickly complete the procedures, documents and put up for auction and the collected amount is less than VND100 billion, the province will leave to the locality to invest in important transport infrastructure works.

The Provincial People's Committee has recently signed many decisions, assigned small plots of land to districts and cities and then, develop plans to conduct auctions to have more capital for infrastructure investment for localities. For large plots of land, the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Provincial Land Development Center to manage and complete the documents for auction.
