to develop technical infrastructure.
According to the district-level land use planning target by 2030, Long Khanh City will reserve more than 1.3 thousand hectares of land for technical infrastructure development. Currently, Long Khanh City has nearly 1,120ha of technical infrastructure land, by 2030 it will be nearly 2,440ha, including: land for development of traffic, irrigation, education, sports, medicine, science and technology, etc.
Long Khanh City will reserve about 1,538ha of land for traffic works, accounting for over 63% of land for technical infrastructure. It is expected that Long Khanh City will open a number of new roads at the provincial, city, ward, commune, neighborhood, and hamlet levels and upgrade and expand existing roads for economic development and meet the people's travel demand. In addition, there are a number of national traffic routes implemented in the city. In the next 4 years, Long Khanh City is expected to reach grade II urban area and attract about 200-300 thousand people from other places come to live. Therefore, investment in transport infrastructure is considered a breakthrough in socio-economic development for the city.
