     With the determination of protecting its championship in 2009, young players of Dong Nai team had a successful tournament, winning four matches (vs Binh Duong 4-2, Tay Ninh 5-1, Binh Thuan 5-2 and Ba Ria-Vung Tau 6-1), and thereby becoming the champion. In addition, the second, third and fair play prizes were given to Binh Thuan, Binh Duong and Tay Tinh respectively.
