More than 100 organizations and businesses attended the event. During the workshop, experts from media companies and digital device management consultants discussed the necessity and benefits of adopting digital transformation in business management and operations. They highlighted how the application of information technology can facilitate sales, customer acquisition, and product promotion, all while reducing costs related to human resources, warehousing, and other factors.

The experts also provided guidance and encouraged businesses still using traditional operational methods to gradually transition to digital transformation. This shift, they emphasized, would serve as a foundation for stronger economic growth and wider impact.

On this occasion, representatives from businesses exchanged ideas, posed questions to the experts, and discussed strategies for effectively implementing digital transformation in their work, production, and human resource management. Key concerns raised included data security, cost optimization methods, and high-value applications.

Speaking at the workshop, Vice Chairman of the Bien Hoa City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, noted that digital transformation is advancing rapidly with significant breakthroughs. The city hopes that businesses can accurately assess the importance of digital transformation, subsequently changing their mindset and approach by integrating information technology into their business activities. This, in turn, will enable them to operate more effectively and contribute to the city's sustainable, modern, and smart socio-economic development.
