The Prime Minister emphasized that with unique potentials, prominent opportunities, and competitive advantages, the Southeast Region has more favorable opportunities than other regions. This is also the expectation of the people nationwide, making it both a great honor and a responsibility for the region. Therefore, Council members, City and Provincial Party Secretaries, and Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and cities in the region must uphold the highest sense of responsibility, collaborate for mutual success and development; not only developing the socio-economy of the region but also of the entire country; maintaining national defense and security, and ensuring social order and safety.
