The new Consul General of Laos came to exchange pleasantries with Dongnai leaders

The new Consul General of Laos Thetlakhone Douangonthi and the President Vo Van Mot

At the welcoming meeting, the new Consul General of Laos in Ho Chi Minh City Thetlakhone Douangonthi expressed his happiness when taking office in Vietnam and receiving warm welcome from Dongnai leaders. He also told that in recent years, Vietnamese investors have had great investments on the fields of rubber plantation, hydroelectricity, mineral exploitation in Laos. On the occasion of the visit, he also called upon Dongnai investors to come to Laos in order to learn about its market and continue to have co-operations in which the two sides can develop.

The President of the provincial People’s Committee- Mr. Vo Van Mot said that there would be plans and concerns about forwarding the province’s investment programs with its friendly country- Laos so as to promote the co-operative economic, cultural and social relations between the two countries.
