Announcement on displaying national flag and national day holiday.

Accordingly, all government agencies, garrisons, schools, hospitals and households in the province will display national flag from September 1 to September 3 to celebrate the 61st anniversary of National Day (September 2 1945 - September 2 2006). All state employees, armed force, people who work in agencies of Party and government, foreign, private and domestic enterprises will have a day off on September 2 2006. As the national holiday (September 2) is on Saturday, all government agencies and enterprises which work 10 hours a week will have a day off on Monday, September 4 2006. Directors of government agencies and enterprises should arrange leaders and civil defense to guard the offices and factories 24 hours on national holiday as to timely deal with unexpected incidents.
